We all know that an esteemed degree program such as MBA is pursued by most of the students having an ambitious perspective towards making a glorious career in the field of business and management. However, a lesser known fact is that the number of enrollments by males has always overpowered the number of enrollments by females every year. There could be many reasons behind this including financial constraint, lack of knowledge, less importance laid on female education etc. We recently celebrated International Women’s Day on the 8th of March. However the condition of women, seem to be going nowhere. Sponsoring scholarships and offering financial aid could lessen this adversity and bridge the gap between the vast gap between male and female enrollments for MBA programs in India.
